Challenge:

With aggressive international expansion plans, the newly appointed Vice President for EMEA was faced with the task of building sales quickly in core countries, while building an organisational structure to ensure the long-term objectives could be achieved.

They quickly established that two forms of assistance were required – on-the-ground interim business development resource to rapidly open up opportunities in the UK in key market sectors, and organisational design skills. Digital Works Consulting was engaged to help Outblaze meet both challenges.
