Looking to diversify into new sectors, Psion had identified healthcare as a target. However, with little experience in this sector, Psion wanted to understand and qualify the market, and ultimately develop a clear business case for moving into this sector.

The business case showed that by developing the correct platform and applications and focusing on service and support, Psion would be well positioned to take advantage of the growing opportunities and unmet needs emerging within health.
A strategy for moving into the healthcare industry was developed which included a detailed product road map as well as recommendations on who to partner with and the best channels to market.
